1 · the mark - the asterisk
The asterisk is the trust signal. It escapes the wordmark and rides every licensed embed: this play is paid, and you can check it. Blue on ground, never a badge box, never a lock. In the wordmark it spins once every 8 seconds, linear, transform-origin 50% 52% - the only ornament PLYR allows itself.
The asterisk, drawn - THREE LINES crossing through center at 60 degrees, square ends, integer device pixels (his correction 09-20: "the MARK is a real * so its only the 3 lines crossing"). Blue on ground, ground on light. STANDING GUARD 09-20 5:41p: the mark must never read as a SNOWFLAKE - three lines crossing, weighted like a play mark, never six decorative arms - at any size, in any motion. SPOKE LAW 8:18p (his steer 8:16p: "And the final kit mark needs to have the right number of lines spokes etc *"): the mark is THREE LINES, six spokes, always the drawn geometry - never a font glyph. Space Grotesk's text asterisk has EIGHT spokes and JetBrains Mono's has FIVE; both are wrong as the mark. Every asterisk-as-mark in this kit (hero, wordmark, display line, nav, header) is the drawn mark, fixed 8:18p; the glyph survives nowhere.
2 · the wordmark

Space Grotesk 700, tracking -0.02em, lowercase, ink on ground - the asterisk always blue. The display line is the same face at clamp(44px, 8vw, 92px): "every play pays" where the asterisk drops to .62em and rides up. JetBrains Mono carries labels, chips, receipts, and the company line. No periods in the wordmark; the squares steer does not touch PLYR (WAVE-004, corrected scope).

Usage law. Ground is blue-black, never pure black. Blue is the license - the asterisk, labels, chips, keys, the meter dot. Ink is content; dim is the muted line. The SECONDARY is play #35d07f (RULED 09-20, "Perfect") - the house green, reserved for the live play state: the transport when it is running, the now-playing dot, the meter when the signal is live. Blue stays the license; play only fires while something is actually playing. The faded law, RULED 2026-09-20: every brand color - primary, secondary, any potential primary - ships with its faded pair. Faded is the aiming state, not yet the thing: faded blue #147ab8 is aiming at the license (hex RULED 8:03p: "Yes it was fine unless you have a better choice base don everything else?" - the shelf check held: family-true to the license blue, no cross-brand primary tension, chroma kept over a grayer derivation), faded play is queued, not yet playing. The third color, RULED 2026-09-20: live pink #ff3d9a, faded live #a32468 - the broadcast state. It fires only when something is playing NOW in real time: it can't pause, can't queue, can't replay. Faded live = upcoming live, scheduled, not yet on air. Green says something is playing; pink says be there now.

The green never decorates. It fires exactly where the play state is real: the running transport, the now-playing dot, the live meter. Everywhere else the interface stays blue. The faded green marks what is queued to play, never what is playing.
4 · the motion device - the ambient chip, three states
Motion RULED 2026-09-20 7:49p, verbatim: "No pendulum that was just an experiment, its just teh rotating *" - the motion is the rotating asterisk (the mark's 8s spin, already canon below). The pendulum is dead, experiment only.
The device runs live above: the chip appears with its spinning asterisk, the play bar takes over with the meter running, the chrome leaves and only "gone" remains. Then it loops. Tap to advance the state.
Verbatim canon from the live states. The player is ambient - three states, never always-on. 01 IN THE FEED: a chip on the asset, the license travels with the media. 02 DURING PLAY: a slim bar, the meter is running. 03 DONE: the chrome leaves, the receipt stays. The chip's asterisk keeps its 8s spin; the bar's 8px square dot is the meter. This device never crosses brands (SLCT-042).

ACCEPTED 2026-09-20 7:45p, verbatim: "fine for now lets keep going. svgs could be better anyway." The favicon IS the mark: the exact three-line 60-degree geometry at every size - hard integer strokes at 64/32; at 16/12 the SNAPPED bake RULED 8:22p (his approval: "everything is approved continue with everything", phonemsg-01M30NF5XK2CMADBY4K9CCXAT8, on refinement option B) - identical geometry, partial pixels decided onto the grid: crisp 2px vertical, diagonals keep their separation. His 8:22 question "again wasnt it reverse in the blue?" - the reversed blue tile was option C, his own 7:19 pick, killed with the round at 7:26 ("Literally all bad why cant you just make it good like we did the icon mark"); the mark-on-ground bake stands per the 7:45 acceptance. The invented 8x8-grid asterisk this section drew before is dead (killed 7:26-7:30p). Baked set on Drive: png 64/32/16/12 + svg.
6 · nav treatment

7 · buttons - the chip + the arrow CTA

One button shape. Mono 11px, uppercase, 0.14em tracking, 1px line border, transparent fill. Rest is dim; hover takes blue border + blue text. No fills, no radius, no shadow. The select/CTA is the same chip carrying the arrow glyph - the arrow is the action signature, always blue, always trailing the label (WAVE-004).
